Was told they could do repairs on ps5 disc drives, then got hung up on, called back and the second person said they couldn’t do that unless I have a geek squad warrenty, so ultimately geek squad is useless, liars and a cash grab if I’m trying to use your service I shouldn’t have to pay for a subscription every month just to have a warrenty on an item you don’t even know if you can repair or not.
Had to wait over a week for a TV set up on stand. Canceled service call.

Can’t say I ever had amazing experience using these guys . One of the reasons I don’t anymore .
