Waiting on the phone for 25 minutes (twice) to find out about Apple watch battery replacement. Not acceptable, looking for another place
I bought my computer into a man at geek squad without a reservation, and although the computer inexplicably fixed itself, I took up probably 25 minutes of the man's time and he felt since he didn't do much that I didn't owe them anything. I had bought the computer at Best Buy, and through no fault of Best Buys, the performance has been lack luster, but they have helped and were very polite in helping fix the issue and in making informed opinions about better laptops etc.
2nd time having my washer fixed in the last two years. Under warranty so that's fine, but the customer service is lacking. 8-5 window on a Tuesday. This company no shows and we call at 515 and we get no apology or reason, or an excuse. The geek was a robot and just kept mentioning next available is Friday 8-5. Great customer service in store. Friendly faces and great with answering questions. The phone customer service is super backed up all the time so I'm glad in store help is available. I like the geek squad insurance protection plan and always insure my phone through them.
