In store service was great! Phone service to setup kup appointment was just barely tolerable as you had to be routed through a call center. Understandable on the front end, but to pick-up? Didn't see the purpose behind all the background questioning.
I just had a an issue with my laptop. There’s like a search baron virus on my MacBook. I took it to the Best Buy and I met with a rep name Hunter, Hunter was very patient and informative about what exactly was going on with my laptop and the reason why I could potentially be pulling up that virus when I open up additional pages. He was able to assist me very quickly in regards to what was needed to be done so that my laptop could work properly.
