Got no help from Albert (mgr) and Kevin. Wanted to buy a TV, was ready to buy it, but I wanted to look at it before buying it and they simply would not open one of the many boxes. Very obstructive and rude and the atmosphere is kind of desolate. Not going back. Next stop PC Richards in Nanuet.PC R
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Best Buy’s installation bay. I scheduled an installation for speakers, an amplifier, and a line output converter, expecting professional work from a certified technician. RJ helped me out. I went in and was guessing around 6 hours of help needed.... RJ did such a great job and helped me set things up in about 75 minutes. He did a great job and has a great future.
