cant get them to answer the phone ever to check on the repair. when you finally get someone the answer is always i dont know, or we will call you back and then never call you and start the process all over again. only reason i gave them 2 stars is the products they sell are pretty good.
Muskogee has a great Geek Squad. Fast, friendly and knowledge to get me back my computer without delay. Wait time minimal. Happy with their service ALL AROUND.
