Worst customer service I've ever had
Horrible experience. Had an appt for 3:20pm. He asked that I return in 2 hours when the repair average time is 30-60min. So I returned in an hour and was willing to wait the additional hour if needed. At 4:35pm a coworker stated to the geek squad tech that he still had my phone to repair and hadn’t started it. At 5:10 a female worker noticed I had been there an exorbitant amount of time and took it upon herself to check on the progress. She came back stating it was “almost done”. Can verify all the other bad reviews. Was invisible to all the blue shirts wandering around doing nothing other than socializing. Only to be asked if I could come back in a couple of days. Best $1,400 I've ever spent on a laptop didn't even last a year and they could care less about fixing
