My computer had some issues, so i take it in and the "fix" they do doesn't do anything. So take it back in to see about a Windows reinstall, and what do they do? They completely wipe all of my drives for this, when any basic level IT Tech knows that Windows is only on one drive! I do not recommend them for any software troubleshooting.
If I could give this company a 0 star I would this place is a joke we took in a external hard drive got told level 1 could fix it then nope its got to go to level 2 then nope level 3 then after paying all the money for it get a call 8 WEEKS later that they say its completely unrepairable
