Our 6 month old laptop quit working and when I tried to call about bringing it in for repairs the robo attendant required me to log onto said laptop in order to proceed any further. Really Geek Squad? It doesn't work at all. Ridiculous that you can't call to make an appointment.
So before I dropped my pc off to geek squad, head quarters told me 39.99 n it will only take 15 mins to do the job so i went to drop my computer off 27th of Jan. The tech said 3 days!!! Whatever that's fine but that tech also told me it would be $180+ to do the job. Why is head quarters lying to their customers. Now I have to wait 3 days n pay 180!! So it should of been done Tuesday but the app said a tech didn't get assigned my pc until Tuesday night at 830pm. I will never go to geek squad again. Their customer service suck... read more
