Danielle was very patient and efficient entering the required info for my HP laptop repair. Evan did a great job repairing my laptop; it was obvious he knows what he's doing.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Numerous issues, but now... Scheduled a TV setup. After running 5 hours late, 2 Spanish-speaking men arrived without any apparent knowledge of the setup. They called their supervisor, who spoke some English, and apologized, stating that they both were in training. They left the TV in worse condition. They somehow disconnected the sound.
