One year later and I’m still impressed by how absolutely good Dale Mabry’s geek squad team is. From 3 visits, I can already tell his manager has a great eye for picking talent and Geo is one of those people who works under him that actually cares about catering to device needs and explaining things in a way that just make sense. Made an appointment with Geek Squad to have my TV installed. Was told they would come in 1 week. Never showed up. Never called. Then they said we can come in 2 weeks from now. Horrible customer service. Called another company to install it.

That man Nate who works there with the viking like beard needs to get the crispest pat on the back or a raise or something because he helped me through a stressful time and his magic touched escape keyed my PC back to working fully. So thank you to that man

The worst service that money ( that they want up front) can buy! In other words they take your money and never even call you…All they do is reschedule you 5 different times!!!
