Made an appointment with Geek Squad to have my TV installed. Was told they would come in 1 week. Never showed up. Never called. Then they said we can come in 2 weeks from now. Horrible customer service. Called another company to install it.
That man Nate who works there with the viking like beard needs to get the crispest pat on the back or a raise or something because he helped me through a stressful time and his magic touched escape keyed my PC back to working fully. So thank you to that man
