I give the Geek squad itself excellent ratings, BUT... If there was a minus 5 star rating for customer service by phone i would rate it a -5 * IT IS SO frustrating to try and reach the store agent that is actually dealing with your product !!! I keep getting routed back to the main operation center who promptly tells me ,with sincere apologies, that they can`t connect me directly with one of their own STORES!!! are you F&%$ng kidding me ! I've been a customer for years, going to La Mesa location never had any problem, very reliable, fast, professional. Since that location closed I had to go somewhere else and picked the santee just because it had more stars of the el cajon. Obviously the workers make the difference just like everywhere else. Here customers service is not existing, if you try to call them over the phone forget about it , you just start a loop and not going anywhere.
