I purchase a fire tv from best buy over a year ago. Recently, had an update for the remote on 5/23/26. Never had update for a remote. Messed up all the antennae channels. Duplicated all the channels. Told I would be charged for a house visit to fix tv. Tried to communicate with store and have not received any attention from management at all. Also, Newsmax does not work with fire tv and I had a subscription for that app. Would like a different brand tv that is not made by best buy. Do not buy insignia best buy tvs.
My laptop kept overheating and then shut down completely. I tried everything the internet suggested (well, almost) and nothing worked. I MUST use my laptop for work, so I was desperate. Tristan quickly helped me and got it up and running again. He was professional and kind. Thank you!
This review is for geek squad delivery team. Namely, Juan and Lou. I recieved a new refrigerator that was broken needed a part on arrival so I requested a new unit and these two guys delivered that unit. I recieved A-1 service from these two workers! They set up the whole refrigerator I'm talking shelves everything. I should not even give a 1 star review. This is a whole scam. When I bought a new laptop last summer, I was also building a house and they told me if I got a geek squad membership, they would install my surround sound in my house for free...I have a witness who was there with me, turns out it's $200 a room, but 1/2 price for members and if you need speakers mounted, it's extra. My lap top had the dreaded BitLocker blue screen of death. I took it to the "Geek Squad" at the Best Buy in Goodyear AZ. The technician, David, was very knowledgeable and patient. We attacked the problem step by step. After a short period of time we had the necessary 48 digit code to "unlock" my lap top. David also disabled the "BitLocker" so the problem can never re-occur. THANKYOU DAVID !!!!
Still have not received amazon gift card I purchased on their website. Been several days. In the past they were delivered to email within an hour. Need help from customer service! Want my card!
Ineptitude. Long story short, the sales rep screwed up, customer service promises were not kept, and I paid for an installation which will be a week late if that promise is kept. I won't knock Best Buy in general, as I have had many positive experiences with Best Buy. This was my first experience at the Madison, MS store, and it will be my last.
Agent Brandon helped me out 2/14/26 at the Parma location. He was very professional and helped save my laptop, recovering important files that were saved to the desktop. An absolute life saver!!! Very efficient service and well worth coming into the store. I will go back for future service and purchases for sure.
Had my delivery canceled twice with no notification And when rescheduled it was a week out. Absolutely the last time I even consider Worst Buy Offered me $100 gift card for my trouble told them to shove up there ass The real solution should have been we are refùnding your delivery fee and putting you at the top of the list for delivery but noooo next Saturday and it's not a tv it's a washer and dryer roughly $3000 Is this how best buy treats thier customers? If so piss off never again
