The young lady who helped me was very professional and nice.
Not this location in particular, but the customer service is the absolute. Worst- short version of the story is, we bought a warranty, finally had to use it- technician came out to look at our dishwasher- was in my home 4 mins- didn’t even look at the dishwasher…said he would order the part- would take about 7-10 business days. I waited 10 called found out he never put in the request for the part to be ordered- and it has been absolute hell, for me to deal with because this man didn’t do his job. The store is super clean. You can find easily what you need and if you got some questions the people working there will give you a hand. What I like about the employees is that they walk with you where are needing to find something which is really good. The prices are good. They have so much good items to choose from. I highly recommend this store.
