I am not happy with the customer service at the Cedar Hill Best Buy Geek Squad. I had an appt but arrived 20 min early. There was no one waiting at all but there was a person who arrived 5 min after me that did not have an appt at all. The tech helped the people who came in later than us that did not have an appt rather than servicing us first. There was no complaining or arguing or negative exchange at all. They were supposed to deliver and install my 80 year old mother's ring doorbell. 4 times they didn't show up or call. They are the worst. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I LUV GEEK SQUAD and the time and attention they give to the issues brought before them. I especially LUV that the techs never make me feel inferior. They are always polite and respectful. Thank you for being there. I will be a lifetime Best Buy Member.
