Angel is the best! I started my support journey by calling a different support, and they were no help. As soon as I called geek squad and got Angel on the phone, my night improved drastically. I thought I had a problem with my keyboard, but Angel noticed my mouse misbehaving. I turned out my problem was my mouse. He fixed it and was so kind doing it as well. Extremely knowledgeable and did great work
Went in last night and went through the process of getting my phone checked in for a phone repair. Pay and leave to come back and pick up my phone. They proceed to tell me I paid for the wrong service that they put me up for and I needed to come back in today. They handed my phone back to me with more damage and didn’t refund my charge. Came back today and told me they couldn’t do it today and to come back in the morning. Absolute waste of time after spending ~1.5 hours of my life trying to get my phone fixed with these guys... read more
