Do not waste your time here with geek squad. I had an appointment sat there for an hour and wasn’t seen even with an appointment! This Best Buy is ran like trash. Now that I’m looking at other reviews I understand why they aren’t the Best Buy they could be! Don’t waste your time to have anything fixed here you have been warned!

HORRIBLE Service. First there is no one to greet you. There was 2 guys at the end of the counter I believe his name is Joshua and the other guy with long brown hair. When you walk up they just stare at you and continue talking. After a couple of minutes they finally said how can I help you. Don’t buy your products here.. after thousands spent, 90 percent of our deliveries and installations have been cancelled, changed and delayed by weeks. Most the products aren’t even available there. You can’t even get a call back or speak to someone directly from the store.
