It isn’t by chance that Best Buy is slowly going out of business, and the same I’m assuming applies to geek squad. Appointment at 6:20, no one to speak to until 6:45 for them just to tell that I should probably go to the Apple Store because they only computer that tests iPhones has been having issues connecting to devices all day. Which of course I understand happens, the main frustration is instead of attempting to fix the issue, the tech continued to take appointments that came after me. Waste of time.

Do not waste your time here with geek squad. I had an appointment sat there for an hour and wasn’t seen even with an appointment! This Best Buy is ran like trash. Now that I’m looking at other reviews I understand why they aren’t the Best Buy they could be! Don’t waste your time to have anything fixed here you have been warned!
