I made an appointment with geek squad to fix an audio issue on my iPhone. When I get there they tell me the problem but that my specific appointment was only to diagnose the problem not fix it? Huh? I’m aware my phone is broken that’s why I’m here! I don’t care what the precise issue is, fix it!
Best Buy in Sanford FL. HORRIBLE experience. I turned my computer into them for a covered warranty item. When I attempted to call them, from the email they sent me informing me the parts are on back order and coming from the manufacturer (in China), the call goes to a support center and NOT the store, yet they LIE and say they are at the STORE. I purchased a copy of WEBROOT for internet protection, After attempting to install it I saw where I accidently misspelled my email and added a letter by mistake. I called Webroot and after a tremendous round of automated systems I was connected with someone in India that could not help me or even speak English. I went back to the store and discovered there was nothing they could do per the Geek Squad and the sales department where I bought the item. I will never go back to Best buy again for anything!
It took 40 min trying to schedule the appointment. The person assisting me was so disconnected and poorly trained. At the end I gave up, no way am I going for the geek squad and run in to problems later.
Called store for appt, they verified my phone , made me appt, then ran me all the way over there, after waiting in line 10 min after appt, a very rude heavy set man with glasses told me they don’t have battery in stock ?? Then tried to accuse me not talking to them on the phone when clearly I did!! NEVER AGAIN , everyone in line was complaining about him
