literally worst customer service i have ever encountered. this is the first review ive ever left on anything but i feel like i have to because it was so horrible. each employee told me a different story about what needed to be done with my computer. additionally, i was ignored while standing at the counter for 5+ minutes both times i was there while an employee was on facetime with a friend (no other customer was being helped and i was the only one in line). So I’m usually a fan of their services and everything is always good and cool and let me start off by saying Marcus is a great person to represent this company and I have no problems with him at all he was always straight forward and always helped me whenever I took my PC in. The geek squad took my computer in and organized a pick up day for friday. We'll friday came and my pc was not ready nor did I hear from the geeksquad. On top of all that its is a literal NIGHTMARE to fight through tech support to even get to speak with one of them. Turned out within the 6 days they held my pc they did virtually nothing and told me the problem a week later was exactly what I suspected of it. I currently have a 75” tv that requires a in home service. It has been 3 weeks and still nothing, first appt on Saturday was to figure out what was wrong, second appt on a Saturday was with the part but was the wrong part, then third appt was suppose to be today mar 16 and I cancelled plans for this, now I get a text that it’s been moved to mar 20 on a Wednesday. Which is ridiculous as I can’t be home for 12hrs during the work week hence why my appts were on a sat. So now I have to wait longer… what a joke, just replace the ... read more

Kendall is a “One of a Kind” store manager. He Actually cares about his employees and their customer service. When I walked into the store I could feel the staff was kind and friendly and ready to help … this is a learned behavior. I feel this is a tribute to the management .
