I currently have a 75” tv that requires a in home service. It has been 3 weeks and still nothing, first appt on Saturday was to figure out what was wrong, second appt on a Saturday was with the part but was the wrong part, then third appt was suppose to be today mar 16 and I cancelled plans for this, now I get a text that it’s been moved to mar 20 on a Wednesday. Kendall is a “One of a Kind” store manager. He Actually cares about his employees and their customer service. When I walked into the store I could feel the staff was kind and friendly and ready to help … this is a learned behavior. I feel this is a tribute to the management . Terrible! Utterly terrible. I went to get an Acer Nitro 5 checked for a Rattling fan, and when I got it back they said “We just had to take it out, clean it and put it back. After doing so it passed all the tests!” I get back home and the fan is STILL rattling away. The back panel doesn’t look touched AT ALL. Not only was I lied to. I was technically drained of $107 that day- what a waste.
