I love Champaign, Illinois Best Buy because as a valued customer, I usually get fast courteous service. Everyone are so helpful. That do excellent work and they answer all my questions in a very patient manner! The plan that I have with them works very well even though I live 30 miles North of Champaign, Illinois Best Buy store!
Decent place but made better by Rina. she helped explain the problem and told me exactly what was going wrong with my phone. Made a super stressful situation into something manageable. Thanks for being chill!!
Dear Rina, you were very unhelpful and just plain rude. If you were the only one to “help” me then I would be leaving a one star review. Logie was an angel and he bumped it up to three stars. Rina do better like Logie. Will not be going back to you….RINA!
Went here and had to make an appointment so I came back hours later to speak with Rina. I told her that my phone was completely broken and wasn’t turning on, and she told me there was absolutely nothing they could do, not even diagnostic testing. Not only was she unhelpful but she had a very rude tone the entire time and was NOT understanding of my situation at all. I went back a few days later and spoke with someone else who, surprisingly, was able to do diagnostic testing on the phone.
Austin was VERY helpful with troubleshooting an issue transferring videos from my camera to my Macbook. He was incredibly professional, patient, thorough, and helped me resolve the issues at hand.
