Disappointing Experience with Geek Squad Unacceptable Service I strongly advise against visiting Best Buy's Geek Squad for gaming PC support. My recent encounter was appalling and extortionate. Understaffed and they don't know everything. But they try.
Words can't express the gratitude I have for the geek squad at Quakertown Pa Best Buy. The screen of my phone broke. I have TMobile and got a new phone, but they couldn't transfer all my contacts and no pictures transferred. There was nothing they could do because I didn't upload files to Google! I was devastated! I decided to try the Geek Squad. They were able to transfer everything! Such a relief! It was only $40, which was well worth retrieving all those memories!
