I paid them $180…. To update all my specs. Literally the only thing they done was update my gpu and windows. THATS IT…? Highly disappointed…
Beware of scammers here at Geek squad. They take advantage of the elderly. My grandmother went in to cancel her contract and they didn’t provide her the appropriate information and cost her additional fees and continued subscription and late fee fees. They created a round robin of disinformation between Citibank and Best Buy, preventing her from canceling her scription and continuing to charge her. Do not act morally or ethically. Please, if you are elderly, do not use them
