I would give negative stars if I could. Took Iphone 11 in for repair. Technician acted like he didn't want to help at all. Phone was sent to Apple. Repair tracking system never updated. Never answer the phone - I called for 3 hours one day. Apple return shipped on a Friday. I went into store on Monday. They said it wasn't there. Called Apple and verified delivery was made on Saturday am. They had the phone for over 48 hours.
