Wasted my time twice with two appointments here just for a phone screen replacement. First one advised the tech needed to leave early and second appt told me they didnt have the screen when just the day before it was available. Why even allow appointments for a simple fix when you can't even get it done. Just take your iphone to the apple store and save yourself the hassle
If I could give negative stars I would. Service is bad at the Duluth store. I wanted to replace batteries for iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13. The manager named , “Sam”, told me that they didn’t have batteries in stock. Why didn’t someone tell me this when i called to make the appointments ? I wasted 25 minutes driving there and then another 25 minutes home. Don’t go there!!
