I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Geek Squad inside Best Buy in the Northlake area of Charlotte, NC. I initially presented an issue with my iPhone on 4/1 and was told that an Apple replacement part needed to be ordered. I was advised that someone would contact me once the part arrived. Don’t bother coming here. Or using geek squad in general. Staff is so incredibly rude. If you hate your job that much then find a new one. I came here a few hours after a poor experience at the concord mills location, made an appointment for 3:40 and got there a little early to ask if they even had my screen in stock before I continued to wait around (because the last location had one in stock but because their system told them they didn’t, they wouldn’t do it and I live 1.5 hrs away from this location) and before making the... read more
