Had issue with pc not booting told them repeatedly that I’ve already switched out the psu so it can’t be the issue. Paid $100 for them to diagnose and waited 4 days just for them to tell me it could be my psu issue without a definite answer. They even asked me how to put an gpu in when they are supposed to be the tech person. They also wouldn’t do any proper testing unless I pay another $160 and when I ask exactly what they even do they just kept saying to pay another $160 or buy their plan for them to look at it again. Great but customer service could improve. It was definitely not organized even if you had previously made an appt.
Do not sign up for protections or insurance. They will cancel it just when you need it. Horrible
