You'd be better off sending your product to Siberia to be fixed. Not only would you get back it sooner (even if you had to walk there), they probably communicate more efficiently. P.S you'll likely need a coat if walking, it's rather cold there.
I made an appointment to have the back of my Iphone fixed, long story short after waiting 2 hours they came to me and said the new part malfunctioned so they had to put my original part back on which was fine because it was working normal. They hand me my phone it was off and HOT, it would not even cut on, they FRIED my battery and BROKE MY PHONE so I had no other choice but to get a NEW PHONE!! This is just so wrong, and I had just finished paying that phone off! Never will I go back to them EVER AGAIN!
What a complete and total idiot speeding almost slams into the back of a landoll to avoid that collision he cuts over into the other lane causing another big truck to slam on breaks you may have to be smart to be on the geek squad but he isn’t to bright I485. I had an appointment on Saturday at 3:15 pm, I arrived around 3:05 pm. I was having a dash cam installed but i was told I needed an hardwire and they provided a printout of what i needed to order. I ordered said hardwire and returned at my next appointed time (3 days later) only to be told I ordered the wrong hardwire. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Geek Squad at the Pineville Best Buy location. After being sent to the Steele Creek location by T-Mobile, I was told the Pineville Geek Squad was the only place in Charlotte equipped to repair iPhones besides the Apple Store.
