Going to geek squad for an Apple iPhone repair is a complete waste of time. I made an appointment five days prior to going. The online questionnaire asked what type of phone I had which I entered. I also stayed I just needed a replacement battery in the notes. I get a call the morning of my appointment from geek squad asking what type of phone I have since they might not have the part in stock. I called the number right back and got voicemail.
