I came in at noon on a Sunday with an urgent matter. My work computer stopped working after trying to upgrade the RAM. The guy at the desk told me they would get on it and call me in a couple hours. They never called. I tried to contact them for hours but it is IMPOSSIBLE to actually reach a store. There is no way to reach an actual Best Buy store by phone.
