I came in at noon on a Sunday with an urgent matter. My work computer stopped working after trying to upgrade the RAM. The guy at the desk told me they would get on it and call me in a couple hours. They never called. I tried to contact them for hours but it is IMPOSSIBLE to actually reach a store. There is no way to reach an actual Best Buy store by phone. I would give 0 stars if I could. Never coming back to Geek Squad. They charged me $200 of services I was not informed about ahead of time. Then when I call customer service, they say refund is not possible because I “approved” the services. I brought my laptop in for diagnostics. They told me it would take 2 days, it ended up taking 4 days for diagnostics. When I went to pick my laptop up, I found out they did diagnostics plus system repairs and software installations that I did not ask for. Ended up paying over $300 and the... read more
