This was my first time ever using Geek Squad because I generally just try to fix stuff myself. Josh was able to help me through a computer hardware fix. I wish I would have just gone here sooner. I spent needless hours trying to do the repairs myself.

terrible communication, and they also reset my phone completely and turned off my sim card for a simple front camera repair, which i had zero clue about. i went there to get my front camera replaced, and when i first went there, the guy helping me told me that since the camera was attached to the screen, the screen would be replaced too, but they didn’t do that. they also didn’t tell me i only had a week to come in for the repair or they’d send the part back. thankfully they had one in stock, but they should have communicate... read more
