Loved my helper. She was so kind and patient with me.
Unfriendly customer service
Dealing with this group has been a nightmare since the very beginning. Their online tech support will tell you one thing, then their in store instore technicians will tell you something completely different. What a waste of an entire day to wait for an appointment drop off the device, only to wait for them to call me after I've left their store only to tell me that they refuse to work on the device.
Surprisingly helpful while being short staffed due to Covid restrictions.
