Geek Squad rocked it agian. When T-Mobile couldn't reboot with out sending me to the corporate store. They suggested I go to the geeks. Wondering why I didn't just do it to begin with. Always superb service and no condescending attitude love me some geeks.

I had them install a new radio in my car only for them to break my temperature controls where I no longer have working heat. Brought this issue up to them and they offered to look at it to have it repaired and they told me that they had it fixed only to find out a week later when testing my heat that it still does not work. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend going to them

I have had Geek squad out three times to get my home theatre system to work. I spent thousands to buy the equipment, get Harmony remotes set up so that its one touch , things are supposed to boot up and we relax and enjoy. Harmony remote has never really worked right, some things turn on and work, and others do not. I called the squad out twice to “re program “ the remotes, had to pay for another visit... things still do not work. Totally frustrating to pay the money to have things work and they do not. Called 1-800 number and I was bounced around 5 times with no solution. No one person was capable of having an integrated solution
