Just using my Best Buy review that included interation with Loveland/Centerra Geek Squad: Had a GREAT experience yesterday (4/13) and a simply HORRIBLE experience today! Bought a Garmin solar assisted smart watch yesterday - they were MORE than glad to assist me then. Having problems getting the USB power cord to function, I went back. Went in to see about a repair on my laptop. I have had Best Buy total since 2020. I provided my account number and membership # from my phone. My membership is paid for the year and renews in Feb 2026. Lenard was fixated on the fact that my credit card in the account was expired therefore my membership was inactive. The associate that helped me was great but I witnessed another customer not getting the best service from another associate. Probably need to be aware of other customers around your store so these things are not noticed
