Went in to see about a repair on my laptop. I have had Best Buy total since 2020. I provided my account number and membership # from my phone. My membership is paid for the year and renews in Feb 2026. Lenard was fixated on the fact that my credit card in the account was expired therefore my membership was inactive. The associate that helped me was great but I witnessed another customer not getting the best service from another associate. Probably need to be aware of other customers around your store so these things are not noticed
Last week I had numerous problems with my Ipad. Spencer was the person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. His expertise in solving problems was above and beyond what I expected and in my opinion is an indispensable employee.
