This is the second time I tried to bring something up they couldn’t fix it first a pc and then a tv they don’t know how to do any thing Ik more then them I fix the pc and now ima have to fix the tv don’t go here they suck

I should have read their reviews before using them…I took my husbands iPhone in for a warranty screen replacement and had scheduled the appointment a week out because he had to have his phone for work m-f. I take the phone in on Saturday, it took an hour to get it checked in, and at first they were trying to tell me they had to send it out for repair. I scheduled an appointment and they were late and helped walk-in customers before me. I asked them to check the laptop charger with a voltmeter and they had the meter setting on AC. When I told them it should be on DC they didn't believe me and got an attitude. What type of repair service doesn't even know how a power adapter works. Geek squad is terrible
Too focused on scaring you away with pricing then to actually fix a broken item...the sales associate had no clue on how to fix my flash drive and just started quoting high prices so I would leave
