Clueless and unprofessional is an understatement. Geek squad is the biggest joke. If there service center goes oh there's biological material on a vacuums wheel, they can deny to repair. Where none of them are even qualified to make that determination. There was cat hair on the brush and wheel and some dirt on the wheels. You wanna waste your money and time goes to best buy.
Went here the night before for my scheduled appointment for a display fix for my iPhone the technician had already left so one of the employees ran some diagnostics on my phone to see if it was just the display causing the issues which it was so he scheduled a repair and all that told me to come in at 10 to drop my phone off. Come back at 10 the next day and the girl that is now working will not let me drop my phone off unless I have an appointment when all of the stuff had already been done from the appointment the previous... read more
This is the second time I tried to bring something up they couldn’t fix it first a pc and then a tv they don’t know how to do any thing Ik more then them I fix the pc and now ima have to fix the tv don’t go here they suck

I should have read their reviews before using them…I took my husbands iPhone in for a warranty screen replacement and had scheduled the appointment a week out because he had to have his phone for work m-f. I take the phone in on Saturday, it took an hour to get it checked in, and at first they were trying to tell me they had to send it out for repair.
