I called Geek Squad because the website said they offer TV mounting service… I got a AI Bot. It asked what I needed and I said want help mounting TV’s. It ok what type of service do you want. I hung up. Don’t Ai bot me, customer service is in rapid decline with Ai messaging it up more.
Went into Geek squad today and was having some computer issues my guy Adam not only talked to me about cars and other things but fixed my computer in 10 minutes thanks Adam Not Geek squad but Great squad
They never answer phone in timely manner must not want peoples buisness oh well
This store has greatly improved. Associates and Geek Squad very helpful. Was able to purchase an unlocked phone, complete phone protection, and a screen guard for 1/4 the cost of the same products found at the major cell phone providers. Great experience even though very busy.
Appointment only even for simple questions, tried to charge $200 to flash BIOS and download 3 drivers. This is a 15 minute task. Do yourselves a favor and don’t even waste your time.
