They never answer phone in timely manner must not want peoples buisness oh well
This store has greatly improved. Associates and Geek Squad very helpful. Was able to purchase an unlocked phone, complete phone protection, and a screen guard for 1/4 the cost of the same products found at the major cell phone providers. Great experience even though very busy.
Appointment only even for simple questions, tried to charge $200 to flash BIOS and download 3 drivers. This is a 15 minute task. Do yourselves a favor and don’t even waste your time.
Took forever to get someone on the phone and just tor someone that wasn't geek squad to tell me that they can't help me because my switch console didn't come from them. "I can't even ask them if they have an idea about what's going on??" Apperantly not. Find another place guys this best buy ain't worth their salt unless your buying something brand new, and even if you do buy a device don't expect great service from them as far as repairs.
Their sign says 24 hour help but only saw 1 person in the department. When I went up there to have them look at my computer, I told them what was wrong then,, was told that I needed an appointment and to go to another department to get one scheduled. How is that 24 hour service? Nowhere in any of their advertisements does it say that you need an appointment. They need to hire more people. Service is horrible.
