Had an appointment at 4:40. Had time so I came in early around 4pm. Sat in line. And was denied bc it wasn’t my 4:40 appointment. What’s the difference if I was just a walk in waiting in line to having an appointment. Not happy.
They sold me on a Hard Drive but it does not fit my Desktop they are not very helpful at all!
Had my laptop looked at, it had a bad ssd and operation system corruption. They told me it had a faulty motherboard. Took it home reinstalled windows with a new ssd and was playing games on it that same night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM!! From my interaction with them they 100% prey on people who don’t understand their own devices.
Sent my laptop to get fixed, was charged 300$ and never told when to pick it up. When I do pick it up by showing up on my own it still isn’t fixed and they try to charge me again to send it back out. Nice people terrible experience.
I contacted Best Buy to have the Geek Squad assess 2 mountings of TVs before we purchased the them( Home Theater). I have always been comfortable with Best Buy and Geek squad. Although, they have outsourced home theater installations (at least in my area). The gentleman that arrived was delightful. But I knew more than him on what was required.
