Only leaving a 1 star cause it didnt give me a other option. Cant get ahold of someone in the store I called to talk to someone. This is bullshit and ill never use bestbuy/geek squad to fix a worthless toaster. Got to be the worst system ever created. There's better and smarter people to deal with.

This was my first time going to the Geek Squad at BB for assistance and it was a horrible experience at the Spartanburg store. First, the tech started off by saying “if the computer is old, we can’t do anything”. Next, instead of offering options and being succinct in those options, the tech went around in circles about money and was never clear about options or any thing helpful whatsoever. 4 stars – Good service overall, but a few rough edges. The team arrived right at the start of the scheduled window, and while I wasn’t home yet, my girlfriend was. They seemed a little concerned about who would be handling payment, which caught me off guard at first, but I get that they just wanted to make sure everything was set.
