Poor Service – I took my computer to Geek Squad to have it upgraded. I was intending on giving it to my daughter for her school work and wanted it to be able to be used for that purpose. I needed a larger hard drive, more ram and a new video or graphics card. I told the young man when I brought it to them exactly what I needed. Geek Squad tried to con me – Geek Squad.. What can i say other than I can't believe you call yourself customer oriented. When my old computer was just about on it's last leg when I called Best buy's geek squad. I took them my computer and was told after a day that I would be best to just buy a new computer. Wow.....Not Impressed – First off I called and had to go through a answering system to get a representative. When I finally did get through to a person I was informed that they were booked solid and I would have to wait a full week before someone could come to my small business. Not knowing that there are other services like this I agreed. One week later the technician came out, he bumbled around my computer and to be honest looked like he had no idea what he was doing.
