Very disappointed with the 24/7 service. It supposed to be available for the customers paying 180.00 dollars a year and is not really there when you need it. I hope at least they fix my problem during business hours... 🤬
Leaving very pleased after working with Alex! They were so incredibly nice and helpful with an issue with our Xbox. Alex initially set up our appointment for yesterday (we thought they said today - OOPS). So I just had a small crack on my camera fixed with geek squad. It took a few hours but when I picked it up, sure enough, it was fixed. They however did not inform me that they either totally replaced my phone with another one or in the process the serial number was changed. This caused so many issues, and currently I am needing to go to my carrier to HOPEFULLY get my number transferred to this “new phone.” This is rather annoying by itself, but it’s even worse that they never once told me that this would happen.
