Christian was so patient and kind. He wasn’t going to let me leave without all my questions being answered. When he was stumped, he asked others. I had my entire Apple ecosystem cleaned up and connected. All systems are working much more efficiently. Highly recommend!

*ATTENTION* If you need to fix anything with an Apple product, do not go here! I had a $1200 iPhone 16 Pro Max that wouldn’t show anything on the display. They told me since I didn’t have insurance and it was outside of the manufacturers warranty timeline, there was nothing they could do and I would have to buy a new iPhone. I took the same phone to iPhix in Bentonville and they had it fixed in less than a day for less than $200. Plus, the customer service here was awful. I waited 11 minutes before someone even talked to me.

jerry at geek squad car installation helped me with my radio after I had a issue that occurred. He helped get me a appointment quickly and fixed my radio perfectly and smoothly i’m super appreciative of his help and recommend him!!!

I dropped off my PC for a diagnostic and was told that it was a motherboard issue and that they could not fix it there. I went to get a second opinion and was told that it was not the motherboard and all the computer needed was a system reset. Do not use geek squad.
