Today I needed some specific attention concerning chargers and my external hard drive. Alyssa and Sky were extremely attentive, and assisted by demonstrating what I needed to see on my I-Pad! I appreciate their time and professionalism!
Rude and condescending. Absolutely no help at all. Went two different times two days in a row. One with an appointment. Don’t recommend at all. Maybe there are better other places. But not in Roger’s AR.
Talked to John at Geek Squad this morning. He was a ton of help! Really helpful and walked me through everything.
This review is for the manager of the Geek Squad. We were very detailed regarding the type of tv and sound bar we wanted and that it need to be flat against the wall and needed to look like one unit. Mark at Best Buy assured us that what we purchased fit our needs. It did not. Now we have 8 big holes in the wall. We had difficulty scheduling the Geek Squad to take down the tv and then more difficulty trying to get them to pick it up. Finally, a district manager and the local manager came to pick it up. Nah. They were pretty unhelpful, slow, and full of “we can’t really do that” when they really could so eventually I stopped trying to talk to them and went elsewhere and got done what I needed to very quickly.
