I dropped off my PC for a diagnostic and was told that it was a motherboard issue and that they could not fix it there. I went to get a second opinion and was told that it was not the motherboard and all the computer needed was a system reset. Do not use geek squad.
We have a service contract and the service/repair people are always helpful.
Mir and Daniel are my heroes. They sat down MULTIPLE times with me for over an hour at a time to resolve an issue on my gaming laptop. They went above and beyond to take care of me and make me feel like they cared. 10/10 experience
Today I needed some specific attention concerning chargers and my external hard drive. Alyssa and Sky were extremely attentive, and assisted by demonstrating what I needed to see on my I-Pad! I appreciate their time and professionalism!
Rude and condescending. Absolutely no help at all. Went two different times two days in a row. One with an appointment. Don’t recommend at all. Maybe there are better other places. But not in Roger’s AR.
