Ineptitude. Long story short, the sales rep screwed up, customer service promises were not kept, and I paid for an installation which will be a week late if that promise is kept. I won't knock Best Buy in general, as I have had many positive experiences with Best Buy. This was my first experience at the Madison, MS store, and it will be my last.

Agent Brandon helped me out 2/14/26 at the Parma location. He was very professional and helped save my laptop, recovering important files that were saved to the desktop. An absolute life saver!!! Very efficient service and well worth coming into the store. I will go back for future service and purchases for sure.

Had my delivery canceled twice with no notification And when rescheduled it was a week out. Absolutely the last time I even consider Worst Buy Offered me $100 gift card for my trouble told them to shove up there ass The real solution should have been we are refùnding your delivery fee and putting you at the top of the list for delivery but noooo next Saturday and it's not a tv it's a washer and dryer roughly $3000 Is this how best buy treats thier customers? If so piss off never again

Don't waste your time getting your car starter there. I got one had an appointment scheduled with Ross. He called me day before appointment. Just let me know. I need to order another wire and harness which on their website didn't require .I order parts $l07 that pushed me back two weeks day of the appointment left work early. Drop the car off to them with the parts had my wife drove 60 miles with the two-year-old kid in 15° weather to pick me up 20 minutes into it. Kudos to Michael on the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I am not computer savvy and he assisted me with a sound problem on my computer and did a fantastic job and showed me how to combal the sound issue in the future.
