Bought a new over the range microwave oven to include installation by Best Buy's "Geek Squad." They did arrive as scheduled and installed the new oven but when they were nearly done the installer asked me if I had any metal duct tape. Why did they attempt my job if they did not have needed supplies. I complained and they set up another visit but wanted to send the same person that I complained about to inspect the work. Agent Oscar should be fired. Couldn't answer whether they will do a component level repair for a broken USB c port on a laptop. The entire time I was on the phone with them they were completely deflated and uninterested. I get it, computer repair isn't everyone's dream job, but while you have a job you need to remember that your actions speak for the company you're representing. They do a great job for my computer and printer problems.
No. Screen replacement is almost 200$ takes takes 30 minutes max to replace....not willing to go there... Polite about it I'll definitely give ty them that...YOUTUBE it and do it yourself,.. when, and if! I find tech guys that don't price gouge I'll repost....(2 B cont...)
