I have to say, that when you have a damaged item, it is refreshing to go somewhere that has excellent customer service driven staff to offset the mood you are already in because an expensive item is broken. Jeremy at Geek Fast in Locust Grove was extremely helpful in describing the process and possibilities for the repair. The price was very fair and the turnaround was better than mailing the Galaxy S4 phone in for repair. At the time I was unsure if they were able to even repair these phones. Wow! Is all I can say! I've been to many computer repair companies before and i was just blown away with the service I received at Geek Fast. They live up to their name. When they say fast...they mean it! I needed my laptop fixed before the end of the day and they came through! Prices were much more affordable then other places and best part, it's right here in town. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my electronics!
The technician Duncan was able to repair the screen on my laptop in just 20 minutes. Just found this place, and it's great! Friendly people and professional
