I am an administrative assistant at a very busy doctor's office. When we had a slow computer a week ago, one of my co-workers recommended Geek Choice because she had used them at her home. I’ll be honest, when my computer crashed I was looking for the Geek Squad. But the first people who would answer their phone were at Geek Choice. Since I was in such a bind I decided to hire them and I’m so glad I did. What a well-kept secret they are! Believe me though, I have referred them to all my family and friends!!
My internet went down suddenly and there was no logical explanation. We had to go away in two days and didn’t think we could get anyone here within that time, but much to our surprise Geek Choice came out that SAME day. And when I had a question at the end, the computer repair Geek guy gladly answered it. I’ve never experienced that level of customer service before. It was refreshing and for that reason alone I will continue to use Geek Choice forever.
If there is one thing I don’t know, it’s how to fix problems with my computer. My daughter knows quite a bit, but she just had a baby. I saw Geek Choice in the phone book and decided to give them a try. The technician found that my computer was loaded with spyware. He removed all of them and installed software that will protect me when browsing the internet. I still don’t know too much about fixing my computer, but the technician definitely did.
