It was 7:00 on a Friday night and the virus I thought I'd gotten rid of popped up right on my screen! Having never used this kind of service before I was panicked about whether I could even get a technician over the weekend. But when I called Geek Choice they set me up with a geek the next morning. And he was not only on time but early! He fixed the problem too.
My life partner bought me a digital camera for Christmas this year but neither of us knew heads nor tails about how to set it up. Good thing we called Geek Choice. They loaded the software AND gave us a tutorial! I anticipate we will need their services again and they will be the ONLY company we call!
I called Geek Choice because I had a big fat virus on my computer. Well it turned out that they found bunch more crawling around and then got rid of every one of them. My computer is now working better than it has in years!
I'd had a slow computer for weeks but one morning it just wouldn't start, saying something about a file being missing or corrupt. Geek Choice came out that very afternoon and got it right. I've saved their number in case of future mishaps.

I’ll be honest, when my computer crashed I was looking for the Geek Squad. But the first people who would answer their phone were at Geek Choice. Since I was in such a bind I decided to hire them and I’m so glad I did. What a well-kept secret they are! Believe me though, I have referred them to all my family and friends!!
My internet went down suddenly and there was no logical explanation. We had to go away in two days and didn’t think we could get anyone here within that time, but much to our surprise Geek Choice came out that SAME day. And when I had a question at the end, the computer repair Geek guy gladly answered it. I’ve never experienced that level of customer service before. It was refreshing and for that reason alone I will continue to use Geek Choice forever.
If there is one thing I don’t know, it’s how to fix problems with my computer. My daughter knows quite a bit, but she just had a baby. I saw Geek Choice in the phone book and decided to give them a try. The technician found that my computer was loaded with spyware. He removed all of them and installed software that will protect me when browsing the internet. I still don’t know too much about fixing my computer, but the technician definitely did.
