Happy – Both of my USB ports on my brand new PC were not working, as u can imagine I was upset. I called up Geek Choice and they came and told me that it is very common for certain manufacturers to not connect the front USB ports on new computers, they fixed it in 15 minutes and I was good to go. I was mad at HP for not doing their job right, but happy Geek Choice had the solution.
Good job – The whole process was good. From the phone call to the appointment to the fixing even the payment was good. Dealing with geek choice was a pleasant experience.
My heroes! – Fastest computer repair in St. Paul. I called because my computer got a virus so bad that it wouldn't boot into windows. The same day the had a tech come out and within two hours my computer was back to normal. Worth every penny!
