DO NOT USE. Scheduled an urgent repair with them for the next day. Technician did not show up. Called and they said it had been scheduled for the next day after. Asked someone be sent out immediately, said technician would be out within the hour. Technician still did not show up, and now no answer from from any customer service person, even though there hold dialog says they are 24 hours. Unacceptable.
I was a technician on my way to a call and forgot my Cisco cable at home. Geeks Choice showed no interest into helping me as I begged for them to send me a Cisco tech with that tool. They would not call back when asked for a status update. They promised they would. I was given no service and treated worse than a common customer because I was a tech. Money was never even brought up, nor was it an issue for me. You didn't just lose a customer, you lost a technician and a company.
They worked on my computer and now it does run faster. They also gave me alot of tips and information on buying a new computer or Ipad. The Tech that came to my house was very informative and courteous.
