Established in 1941. Celebrating 75yrs and counting. Gee Yung has been bringing blessings and enjoyment to clients from the States and locally. Wedding performances are our specialty as well as Grand Openings, Birthday Celebrations and Graduations etc. Voted Hawaii's Best in 2015 for Martial Arts, Dragon, 24 Seasonal Drumming and Lion Dance performances. We have known Gee Yung lion dance association for almost 30 years and they are truly the best. The just performed at my son's wedding and it was outstanding!! Words can't express how thankful we are to all of them. They made the wedding so special and we are forever grateful.
Grew up training since the age of 5. My Sifu was my father. Grand master Arthur YS Lee. Who carried on Gee Yung at the age of 27 after his Sun Gung Sifu passed away. My dad taught not for fame but for the love of the art. Fat Ga Kuen is Buddhist Fist learned in ancient Shaolin temple in the north. My dad’s sister fu was at one time Dr. Sun Yet Sen private bodyguard. Our martial arts system works! Good for self defense and health! Now taught by my brother Harlan Lee.
