We were first time homebuyers and Gaurav was very patient throughout the process. He was available 7 days a week for us, answered whatever concerns/questions we had very promptly. We viewed a lot of listings with Gaurav since the market is currently tough for buyers and he was able to get answers to our concerns from the listing agent/owner.
