Outstanding Service from Start to Finish I had a great experience from beginning to end. Dennis, the AC technician, was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions thoroughly and provided helpful recommendations. I was also given a great deal on the unit. Alex’s installation team Jonathan and Jose, were extremely professional. They replaced my unit efficiently and made sure everything was clean before they left. I highly recommend their services.
Initially said no charge to come checkout. Then lured me in getting this heavy duct work done which was not at all needed. Charged me for a tune up that I didn't asked for. Do not recommend this company.
Kobe went above and beyond. He took the time to carefully diagnose the issue with our AC unit and was incredibly thorough throughout the process. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to finding the root of the problem really stood out. He made sure we understood everything every step of the way. We’re so grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone needing quality AC service!
