Update this company, Gee Heating and Air has new management from years past. They were very rude and advised my unit was unfixable and I needed a new unit. Tried to hard sell me on a new unit. I got another service out for another estimate and had it fixed for $400. This unit has worked all summer with no issues.
I don’t give reviews often but I just want to give credit to Justin Cooper. He’s an amazing tech, I had him come out for a secondary inspection (I had another big HVAC company come out before him and that tech spent 20 minutes and didn’t give hardly any info). Justin took his time and inspected every facet of the system. He took the time and educated me on every part of the HVAC unit and was patient enough to answer all my questions. One of the worst service provider!! Do not go with them for any kind of installation or service. They came for an inspection and screwed up the water heater, now calling them to fix it they are responding very arrogantly !!
After Kyle came and inspected my AC unit, he advised me that the fan motor was damaged and didn’t run causing the compressor electrical unit to overheat and melt. He advised that since the system was an older unit it would be best to replace it than do costly repairs. I decided to get a second opinion and that technician said there was nothing wrong with the fan motor or the compressor electrical components. GEE is illegally falsifying giveaways and is refusing to designate a recipient or hold the giveaway broadcast. They are purchasing ad space on Facebook and Instagram to announce the giveaways for a customer base then removing them. What else are they doing wrong by their customers, and to scam us?
