Our building, in a Landmarks District of lower Manhattan, hired Gee Bee and Sons LLC Construction to repair and preserve our vault and the steelplate structures about the vault. Gee Bee and Sons LLC renovated our condo in the Flatiron District (Manhattan) after a massive flood destroyed our place. After 4 months, they transformed our place from a gutted mess to a contemporary and stylish home. We are pleased with their work. They repaired/installed drywall, the crown and base moulding, closet doors/shelving, painted each room meticulously, and placed new wood flooring throughout.
