Really happy to have chosen Gee Bee for a large renovation project at our building (15 unit co-op apartment). The communication was excellent; Nick and Andrew were both always available to talk, answer questions, handle concerns or offer their advice and expertise. Our HOA hired Gee Bee and Sons to perform a large-scale façade, roof, parapet, and stairwell bulkhead restoration on a landmark building in the Jackson Heights Historic District. They showed up consistently, had all their ducks in a row for weekly site walkthroughs, were resourceful, professional and courteous.
