I've been going to Dr. Franck for the last couple of years in an effort to control my bone-on-bone knee pain from osteoarthritis until I can get both knees replaced. Dr. Franck's bedside manner and skill is unparalleled. I am currently, but temporarily out of pain and the wait for my second total knee replacement (had the first one in Nov. 2025 with his colleague, Dr. Daniel Chan, another amazing orthopedist!) is now more manageable.
Dr. Franck and his staff are amazing from the time you walk through the door. They are friendly and accommodating. The first time I walked into this office, I used a cane. After following Dr. Franck's medical plan, I have not used the cane again and it's been several years.
Dr. Franck is the absolutely best ! He doesn't make me feel like my pain is in my head. He knows my pain and strives to give me the best solutions possible ! Thanks for taking care of my foot doc !

Dr Franck geden,is an amazing orthopedic, I love going to him because he knows how to take care of his patients,he's very respectful always listens to what I have to say. So if you're looking for an orthopedic he will be the one to go to. And as for the front desk Kasia , she's also a very nice person when I come in and always takes her time with me ,Jordan check out he's an awesome person he takes his time with me and makes sure he gives me my follow-up appointment.
