Worst management ever! Very rude , unprofessional and disrespectful! Despite multiple calls and emails, our deposit has been still delayed. Poor maintenance with often water shutdown and heat not working. Please don't rent here and run away ! Save yourselves the headache , stress and frustration.
Unfortunate turn of events as the payment of our security deposit turned into us having to beg, follow up and escalate for updates. And we were ready to escalate to legal services if needed. Chad sadly doesn’t have the best customer service skills and was very difficult to deal with. I would rather not talk to anyone but have everything processed on time to be honest. We are glad this is over, and were able to move on.

Worst apartments I’ve lived in. The manager Chad Jackson is unprofessional and unreliable. Absolutely terrible management. Living conditions are not great either with the water being shut off all the time and the heat was off for a time in the winter. There is also probable mold throughout the whole building. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.
