5/5 technician Adam! I was a couple hours post op when Adam called to schedule my appointment, so I was a bit out of it. I thought my appointment was set for 3:30, but apparently it was between 3-3:30. I got home at 3:25 and had a card in my door— I missed the technician. I was a bit bummed because I had already prepared my apartment for the spray (everything bagged and out of the way). A quick phone call and within 30 minutes later, Adam showed up! Super convenient, friendly, professional. :) Thank you!
